Ever felt like there's more to kitesurfing than going out, turning round and coming back? WELL there is!

Big Blue is proud to offer competent kitesurfers and windsurfers the chance to explore St Bride's bay and the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline from the Open Ocean.
There's something special about actually going places and heading out into the open ocean with the support of a safety boat. Newgale is located in a perfect position within St Brides bay for either a sea adventure or a ten-mile beach hop to or from Broad Haven.
Regardless of the wind direction Big Blue can arrange an escorted open ocean trip for windsurfers and kitesurfers.
Those participating need to prove a certain level of competence and ideally have their own equipment. Big Blue will arrange safety boat cover and pick-ups. We can arrange additional boats for larger groups, or if you want to bring spectators and a film crew….

Boat Safety Cover

If you are visiting Pembrokeshire and are plagued by offshore wind conditions or you wish to wave ride in cross-offshore conditions but are a bit nervous- don’t worry. For £20pp Big Blue put the boat on stand-by on the beach, keep an eye on you and if you can’t get back to the beach we will come to the rescue.
