Coasteering is an activity which offers a unique, exhilarating and adventurous way of exploring the coastline. Pembrokeshire has a fantastic and diverse coast offering a variety of geological features which make for an exciting playground. Coasteering is a combination of scrambling, swimming and jumping along the foot of the cliffs. The caves, gullies, tunnels and wash overs provide a constantly changing environment to play in and observe.
At Big Blue we coasteer in a slightly different way. Using the Zapcat powerboat we will shuttle you to different coasteering locations which are otherwise inaccessible from the land. Once there we anchor the boat, explore the coast then swim back to the boat before moving on to the next location. The boat itself is great fun, designed in South Africa as a Surf rescue craft it is fast and manoeuvrable allowing us to get close to the secluded bays and beaches.

Coasteering is an ideal activity for all the family. The boat enables us to find sheltered locations for the more timid or access the wilder water for the more adventurous. Each coasteer is guided to provide the right balance of excitement and exploration based on the ages and abilities of each group.
Each session lasts 3 hours and costs £45pp (plus £5 wetsuit hire if required)
